Anand gained expertise in tropical climate design while working in Mauritius. He was later heading design department at a Delhi based practice for 3 years prior to forming RAD inc. Some of them were – Govt. museums in Goa and Bihar, institutional buildings for Jammu Kashmir Tourism Dept., Buildings for Government of Mauritius, State Bank of Mauritius branches etc.
